1.
Flight
information – departure airport, flight number and times – and names of
all those who will be in the Villa, must be forwarded to villa@linssen.co.uk as
soon as is known |

2.
A
deposit of 25% of the total hire charge is payable at the time of
reservation, and payment shall be treated as acceptance of these
conditions |
|
|
|
3.
The
balance of the payment must be paid 8 weeks before the start of the
rental |
|
|
|
4.
In
the event of cancellation, the following charges will
arise: |
|
|
|
(a)
If
cancellation occurs more than 8 weeks before departure, 25% of the total
hire charge will be payable. (If the villa can be re-let for the entire
period of your holiday, then the charge would be reduced to £60 to cover
administration) |
|
|
|
(b)
If
cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of departure, the full charge for the
villa will be payable |
|
|
|
5.
Keys
to the villa will be sent to you at least 7 days before the departure
date. These keys must be
posted back within 3 days of completion of the
stay |
|
|
|
6.
The
villa will be available from 2pm on the day of
arrival |
|
|
|
7.
The
villa must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of
departure |
Payment
Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer or cheque.
